Where is the promise of His coming?
All things continue just as we desire
They have forgotten the ancient world
So once by water, now by fire

The fury waits above the sky
The Lord of hosts will purify

No flesh would survive
He takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked
But with their sin He will not strive
